Men are very dynamic when it comes to choosing a woman as their life partner. Because of their sense of seeing is believing, many men always look out for the shinning part of a woman. Men are really attracted to the outward appearance of a woman before any other thing else. However, the outward appearance varies from the taste of every man. Some men like the “v-shape” while some prefer the “big-bomb” type of women. Some also like the slender type with a little “bombs’ at their back.
Although, appearances are sometimes deceptive, men are often not guided by this thought, so they ignore the dangers ahead of them and look out for the attractive appearance of a woman when they want to make their choice

Let the Seatbelt Protects you
Whenever you are on the driving seat, you always have to remember to buckle up your seatbelt, because the seatbelt will save you in case of any accident. You don’t have to procrastinate because “had I know is always at last”. It will hold you firmly on your driving seat so that you will not be thrown out of the vehicle, or hit your chest on the steering wheel.
The first US patent for automobile seatbelt was issued to Edward J. Claughorn of New York on February, 10. 1885. Claghorn was granted a United State safety belt patent for tourist, described in the patent as “designed to be applied to a person and provide with hooks and other attachment for securing the person to a fixed object”
After that, the Swedish inventor, Niis Bohlin also invented the three point seatbelt .not the first one, but the modern seatbelt which is now used as standard safety device in all cars.
Although, I do not feel comfortable when I buckle up the seat belt while driving, but as much as I am safety conscious, I always buckle it up when I am driving.
Driving without fixing your seatbelt is like going to face your opponent in war without having the arms to fight. In this case you may not be able to defend yourself when you are faced with such a situation
I quite remember the day I had a serious accident but was protected by the seatbelt. I travelled to my home town, which was a distance of about 180 kilometers away from my destination; I took the public transport and sat at the front seat near the driver. It was an early morning trip, and had to go and return before noon. As I sat on the front seat, I Saw the seatbelt hanging loosely in the vehicle and so I quickly buckled it up. In about thirty minute’s time, when the vehicle was full, the drive took off on the highway. Initially, the speed was not too high but gradually, I peep on the speed meter and saw that he was driving around 100 kilometer per hour. After some times I started dosing and could not see what happened, immediately, I heard a big ‘bang’ from one of the front tires of the vehicle. The driver, who could not control his speed, quickly applied a sharp brake, and sends the vehicle into a ditch after somersaulting in the nearby bush.
I later saw myself on the hospital bed, feeling severe pains on my body after recovering from unconsciousness. If I hadn’t fix the seat belt, I would have dropped dead by now and would have been thrown into the grave.
So the seatbelt had actually saved my life during that brutal accident. The seatbelt is not there for fun but for a purpose and that is very clear as much as your safety is concerned. So people who are driving without fixing the seatbelt are putting themselves in a very great danger.
With no seatbelt to stop the driver on the seat, the driver flies free until stopped suddenly by impact on the steering wheel or windshield etc. The stopping distance is estimated to be about one fifth of that with a seatbelt, causing the average impact force to about five times as great.
So the moderate amount of stretch in a seatbelt harness can extend the stopping distance and reduce the average impact on the driver compared to a non stretching seatbelt harness

A social phobia is a fear of interacting with others on a social level. Examples would be imagining others are looking at you while waiting in line at a checkout, talking in front of other people, or even fear of talking on the phone.
Self-confidence is a demeanor that allows people to have decisive, yet realistic views of themselves and their predicament. Self-confident people have faith in their own know-how, have a general sense of control over their lives, and have belief that, within reason, they will be able to do what they want to do.
Confidence is a demeanor that is conditioned through experiences. When a person experiences success, that person will tend to expect success at his/her endeavors. And that expectation will cause a feeling of confidence.
As an example: A young man wants to be a prizefighter, so he gets a manager and a trainer. His manager will not arrange a bout until he has developed enough skill and stamina. And even then, the manager will only put him up against a challenger that he knows his fighter can crush. When his fighter beats the contender, he is successful, and starts to gain self-confidence in his fighting skills.
With each encounter, the manager puts his contender up against an adversary who is only a slightly better competitor then the last, but not good enough to beat his gladiator. By the end of the third fight, the young contestant begins to expect to win his fourth, and so his confidence continues to increase. This scenario continues to repeat itself. And as long as the fighter contestant continues to win, his expectations of success, and his feelings of self-confidence will continue to accrue.
If a person who has a long history of success and feelings of confidence does fail, they still tend to expect success the next time out. Conversely, when a person who is weak in the confidence department fails, they tend to lose confidence, and begin to expect failure, which often becomes a self-fulfilling prophecy.
Having true self-confidence doesn't mean that individuals will be able to do everything. People, who have true self-confidence, usually have expectations that are sensible. Even when some of their expectations are not met, they continue to be positive and to accept themselves.
People, who are not self-confident, tend to lean unreasonably on the acceptance of others in order to feel self-assured. They tend to avoid taking risks because they fear failure. They put themselves down and tend to discount or ignore compliments that they do receive.
On the other side of the coin, confident people are willing to risk the disapproval of others because they generally have faith in their own potential. They tend to accept themselves; and they don't feel that they have to conform in order to be approved.
Just because a person feels self-confidence in one or more aspects of their life, doesn't mean that they will feel self-confident in every single part of their life. For example, a person might feel self-confident about their athletic talents, but not feel confident as far as members of the opposite sex are involved, such as in a dating situation, or social relationships.

Overcoming a Weak Penis Erection

From a purely physiological point of view, stress and anxiety increase the amount of cortisol - the so-called stress hormone - that is released in the body. Cortisol has an inhibiting effect on the neurotransmitter dopamine, which is largely responsible for feelings of well-being and attractiveness; these are closely related to the ability to become sexually aroused. Issues such as job-related stress, clinical depression, financial difficulties, family problems, partner conflict or illness can all lead to a mental state that is not conducive to sexual health, if steps are not taken to manage the related stress. Taking the time to cope with stressful issues and to relax and unwind can go a long way toward improving sex-related problems.

Causes of frequent Urination in Men
Many men experience an increase in the frequency at which they have to urinate as they get older. This is exceedingly common among older men. However, if you are a man that is "always having to go", don't just dismiss it as aging. There are many causes of frequent urination and the symptom needs to be checked out by a physician.
Frequent urination defined
Always having to go or feeling the need to urinate more often than is usual is called frequent urination. This differs from urgent urination which is an urgent, compelling need to urinate. This can be accompanied with bladder discomfort.
If the need to urinate occurs at night, it is termed nocturia. Normally, a person can sleep for between 6 and 8 hours without the need to urinate.
Common causes
When experienced simultaneously, a frequent, urgent need to go to the bathroom is a classic symptom of an infection in the urinary tract. Typically, the infection will cause an inflammation of the bladder which, in turn, reduces the bladder's capacity to hold urine. In this case, even a small amount of urine can be uncomfortable.
These symptoms can also be caused by:
Diabetes.
A condition called interstitial cystitis, which is a chronic, constant inflammation of the bladder. This is more common in women than men, but bears checking out.
Diuretics as well as other medicines.
Therapeutic radiation.
Dysfunction of the bladder.
Cancer of the bladder.
All of these are known to cause frequent urination, but there is one extremely common cause that is overlooked by many men. That is an enlarged prostate and affects more men than you probably know.
The prostate gland is a walnut sized gland that secretes seminal fluid (the fluid that carries the sperm cells). The gland itself surrounds the urethra, which carries urine out through the penis. As the prostate grows larger, it may exert pressure on the urethra and cause problems with frequent urination.
Causes of enlarged prostate
The prostate wraps around the urethra between the rectum and the pubic bone. Early in the development of an enlarged prostate, the muscle of the bladder contracts more powerfully than usual and pressurizes urine through the urethra. The bladder muscle responds by gaining thickness and sensitivity. This causes the need to urinate often.
The larger the prostate grows, the tighter is squeezed. The bladder then cannot compensate for the problem and empties entirely.
Symptoms of an enlarged prostate
Actually, an enlarged prostate is accompanied by no symptoms at all. There are few things to watch for, like:
A weak stream of urine or a stop/start during urination.
Finding it difficult to start urinating.
Dribbling of urine after urination.
Feeling like you are not done.
Leakage of urine (incontinence).
Frequent urination or an urgent need to go, especially during the night time.
If you have experienced any of the above, go to a doctor and get checked out immediately. An enlarged prostate only gets worse over time if it is overlooked. It could also lead to other more serious conditions.

Walking barefoot may be of good health for you
Walking barefoot outside with the soles of your feet free to mesh with the surface of the earth, a process called earthing or grounding, has been shown to be good for your health. Wli Water fall in Ghana.
Wli Waterfalls cascades from a height of 60-80 meters, and is the highest falls in West Africa. The hills mark the border between Ghana and neighboring Togo. A walk through the forest of the Agumatsa wildlife sanctuary offers a chance to see large colony of fruit bats, butterflies, birds, monkeys and baboons.
